Due to a large number of simultaneous connections to the mirrors which cause the server to overload, hence all the 403 errors, I had to remove my most traffic intensive mirrors. Sorry about that :(

This mirror is located in Canada (Mississauga, Ontario). Everything available here can be downloaded and used completely free of charge for any purpose.
